Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. It must also be in the original, complete, undamaged packaging. This means the items must not have been turned on, worn and/or personal data entered. To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we unable to offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our change of mind policy lasts 30 days. Once your order has been shipped, typically within 48 hours, your order will be delivered with these approximate time frames: Normal delivery times are being extended, even with Express Post. Please Note: Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are experiencing delays in distribution and postal networks. Please note, we do not ship outside of Australia. Most products can be shipped to street addresses and PO Boxes with the exception of some heavy and/or large items from the fitness equipment category.
You’ll be provided with a tracking number for your order so you can see the progress of your delivery. We ship our range of products to all corners of Australia using Australia Post. If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, a calling card will be left to let you know where to collect your parcel, typically the local post office. All orders over $400 must be signed for upon delivery. If the value of your parcel is less than $400 you may nominate for the parcel to be left in a safe location at your address, however, delivery will be at your risk once we have dispatched your order. We suggest providing a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your parcel during business hours such as a business address if you are not going to be home. To ensure safe delivery of your order, you will be required to sign for your parcel.
